The Admin Noticeboard is intended to be a page to quickly alert administrators to issues that need their attention.

This page serves to assist administrators with policy enforcement, as well as provide a centralized location for other disputed sysop actions, such as erronous bans, deletions, or protection requests.

To make a request/statement, create a new section and provide a neutral, precise summary of events with thought-out reasoning, and, if possible, links to any pages with relevant discussions. It is also a good idea to notify any users involved with the request with a link to the section on this page. Make sure to add new sections to the bottom.

An example section is listed below.

Example (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log · WHOIS)

I think User:Example needs to be banned because he vandalized ________ article and for violating SW:NPA. --Shadowcrest 21:52, 5 September 2008 (UTC)

I'll just put this here I guess:Yeah.SmoreKing Happy Holidays! 02:36, 28 November 2008 (UTC)

{{Welcome}}

It seems to me and Fried beef1 that the request to make a username/log in on this template is unnecessary seeing as it's usually given to editors when they make their first edit (and are thus already logged in, etc.). Since the page is admin-protected, could a sysop please make this change? Thanks. Miles (talk) 04:07, 11 December 2008 (UTC)

I don't see the problem with it being there. It is another method of asking a user to make an account. Clarinet Hawk (talk · contributions) 06:04, 11 December 2008 (UTC)
I was trying to explain that that section felt like it was trying to make {{WelcomeIP}} unnecessary. Also, MediaWiki:Common.css isn't changing my username color in the history; I'm not quite sure why. Thoughts? Miles (talk) 03:45, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
Wait for the cache is my guess. --Shadowcrest 20:09, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
Or clear your cache and hard refresh. One of them should be sufficient. --Sky (t · c · w) 22:15, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
I think Shadowcrest was right; it's showing up now. Miles (talk) 21:51, 13 December 2008 (UTC)

Vandals

He's back again. Bek The Conqueror (talk) 18:01, 16 January 2009 (UTC)

Needs to be addressed

This article has about three too many references to rape to be acceptable. Someone please give the creators of this article a talkin' to. Bek The Conqueror (talk) 17:14, 18 January 2009 (UTC)

Smashman4‎ (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log · WHOIS) and Mr. Awesome (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log · Awesome WHOIS)

The two are apparently the same person. If he plans on using User:Mr. Awesome from now on, User:Smashman4 should probably be perma'ed. – Defiant Elements +talk 23:51, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
