Low Tier City 3, or simply LTC3, was a Project M national and a Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U super regional tournament. It took place in Plano, Texas on August 1st-2nd, 2015 at Let's Play Gaming Expo, hosted by Oracle. It was livestreamed by Tourney Locator and Project M Central. It is still currently holds the record as one of the largest Project M tournaments to date with 233 players.
