Paulo is a SSBU Fox main from Rhode Island. He is currently ranked 4th on the Rhode Island Power Rankings. Paulo began as an Inkling main but would end up switching over to Fox as they began to play more seriously. They would first start to attend bigger events in 2022, but would begin to travel more in 2023. Paulo was one of the most active and engaged players in the Rhode Island scene and community, and as a result would be voted into the New England Smash Invitational. In addition to competing, he is also the head TO for RI's quarterly event "Ocean State Jab Lok."
