Trivia

  • Original Class of '64 is one of two Online Tourney events in which only certain items are available, along with A Tribute to Melee.
    • Both tournaments are based around previous Smash games.
  • The Smash Ball is the only item available in the tournament not to be present in the original Super Smash Bros.
    • This is possibly a reference to the fact that Final Smashes were planned for the original Super Smash Bros., but were scrapped due to technical limitations.
    • Likewise, the Fan and Red Shell are the only items that debuted in the original Super Smash Bros. to not appear, due to the fact that they are not present in Ultimate.
  • The banner is based off of the Japanese boxart for the original Super Smash Bros.
