Template:ValidUnusedImage

Even if this image appears to be unused, it should not be deleted. However, whoever added this tag did not elaborate. Please either provide the reason or get the original editor to provide the reason to avoid potential deletion.

Usage

Put {{ValidUnusedImage|<reason>}} on images that should not be deleted even if the MediaWiki software believes they are unused. Examples include:

• "Part of icon set of category XYZ"
• "Used on User:ABC's user page inside choose tags"
• "Linked to by article QRS"
• "Thumbnailed version utilized by wiki skin for GHI"

Note that images may be deleted anyway if the reason is deemed not sufficient, though this probably should be discussed first.
