The Socal Power Rankings is a list compiled by a pre-selected panel which lists the most powerful players of the region. While most Power Rankings are limited to the state level, California is divided into SoCal and NorCal, which is represented in the NorCal Power Rankings.
Panel Members
The current panel (from 01/27/07, current as of 02/04/06) of the SCPR consists of Arash, CAOTIC, Champ, HugS, Nealdt, SephirothKen, and PandaX.
