His first US tournament was Super Smash Con 2016 and was very disappointing. He lost against Prince and Kurabba, two Japanese Yoshi players who weren't considered tournament favourites, and finished 13th.
Since then however, he has won every US tournament he entered: SuperBoomed, GENESIS 4, Let's Go!, and CEO Dreamland. He is 3-0 in sets against SuPeRbOoMfAn and 4-1 against Mariguas. He also dropped a set to BarkSanchez in the first set of Grand Finals at CEO Dreamland.
