Boiko is often considered the best Ness player in the world behind only StereoKiDD. He is from from Long Island, New York and is currently ranked 8th on the NY/NJ Project M Power Rankings. He is a well known community leader, and is attributed with advancing a significant portion of Ness' meta-game. Recently, he has expressed that he feels limited by Ness' character potential. He has begun working on a secondary Marth, which has already demonstrated notable results within his region.
