"Up throw" is a throw performed by pressing up on the control stick after having grabbed the enemy. Many up throws are capable of chain throwing fast-fallers.
- Mewtwo's up throw is the strongest in Melee by far.
- Roy's is the 2nd strongest and can easily chain throw fast-fallers.
- Mr.Game and Watch also has a really good throw as he uggles the opponent th tosses them up at an angle.
