Bumper.

The Bumper is an item in Super Smash Bros.. It was more or less replaced by the Flipper in SSBM, with a few changes. After its absense, it makes its return in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, with the added effect of being able to be placed mid-air, similar to the Flipper.
