Cross Slash
Cross Slash is Cloud's side special move. If the button is pressed only once, or the attack doesn't connect with anything, Cloud will only slash once. If the attack does connect, Cloud will slash multiple times to form the kanji 凶. It is very strong, but is unsafe to use on shields. If the enemy Cloud is slashing somehow gets out of the way of his other slashes, the attack will stop midway through.
If the attack is performed while Cloud is in Limit Break mode, he will perform three slashes, regardless of whether any enemy is in front of him. These slashes deals much more damage and greater knockback than the base version of the move.
Customization
Special Move customization was added in Super Smash Bros. 4. These are the known variations:

Like the other DLC characters, Cloud currently lacks custom move variations.
