Um... Hi. I'm Blastoise64. I really like Smash, especially Smash 3DS. I'm still new to this website, so please notify me if I make some errors.
My Opinions
Smash 64
My first Smash game. I've only ever played it on an emulator. In fact, it was the game that got me into emulation, along with Super Mario 64. I love the stages in this game and hope that they return as DLC in the future (I especially love Mushroom Kingdom 64.)
Update: SAKURAI LISTENED!!!!! Smash 64 stages are returning!
Melee
Never played it until mid-2014. I first played the game when my friend brought the game and his memory card over to my 8th grade gaming club. The first character I played as was Mewtwo. I'm hoping to buy this game and a memory card so I can play it on my Wii.
The game itself I really enjoy. I frequently play this game on the Dolphin emulator when i'm bored. I also hope that Roy, Pichu, and Young Link return as DLC.
Update: Well, one of the characters I wanted for DLC has returned! ROY IS OUR BOY!
Brawl
The game that made me love Smash, and my 2nd Smash game. I first played this game at a neighbor's birthday party. That neighbor has since moved away, but i'll never forget how fun it was. At the time, I was around 8 to 9 years old, so I chose Pikachu due to my love for the anime at the time. I wouldn't play Brawl again until mid-2013 in my 7th grade gaming club. I rekt everyone with Luigi (Technically Waluigi because of alt. costumes). I wouldn't come to own Brawl until late-2014, where I got it as a birthday present.
As for things I want to return as DLC, I want Squirtle and Snake to return. I also was Pirate Ship and Spear Pillar to return.
Smash 4
Oh boy, this game. Everything about it was amazing. The hype, the wait for release, the leaks, the reveals, and of course, the game itself. When Smash 4 was shown at E3 2013, I was extremely hyped. I was amazed by the graphical improvements. I loved the fact that they were no longer going for the realistic style they were going for with Brawl, and instead went for the more cartoonish style that Melee had.
The game itself is my favorite game EVER. More specifically, the 3DS version because I don't own a Wii U. T~T The character selection in this game is, in my opinion, perfect. So many requested characters were added, and for the first time, a removed Melee character has returned! I was so happy that Dr. Mario returned. And now with DLC, my most requested characters have returned, Mewtwo and Lucas! DLC makes so many options possible for this game.
Also, I think Sakurai needs a gigantic vacation once he's officially done with this game.
