I'll ask it here for lack of a better place. The discussion I'm seeing around the leaked videos (and the absence of any other gameplay footage of Roy and Ryu) suggests that the characters themselves aren't in the released-early-by-mistake 1.0.8, only these videos (as the music files were in 1.0.6 on 3DS).
