It has been suggested that this article should be moved to Pivoting. The reason given for the move is: It is the exact same technique as a dash pivot. It is nothing at all like a wavedash, both mechanically and in practical use. (Discuss) |
Perfect pivoting is a new technique introduced in Smash 4. It is similar to "wavedashing". Perfect Pivoting can be performed by flicking the joystick left then right very quickly or visa versa. Captain Falcon has the longest perfect pivot, Jigglypuff has the shortest.
