Arceus (アルセウス, Aruseusu) is a fictional creature from the Pokémon series, and is regarded by in-game cultures as the creator deity of the Pokémon universe. Arceus has been confirmed to appear as a Master Ball summon. When summoned, it produces a large shockwave that acts as a powerful long-range, wide area (full circle, it seems) meteor smash.
