When editing, instead of hitting save and then reviewing your edit, use the preview button to review your edit before saving it, especially when editing your userpage. Otherwise you'll flood the recent changes with excess unnecessary edits that could have been condensed into a single edit (and when the Wiki is at Yellow and Red status, you will very quickly get your page locked or yourself blocked for editing that way). Appreciate the heads up. I was using the Preview page but ended up making a few more changes than I originally thought. Thank you for the heads up though. I contribute to the Smashpedia page as well and am fairly familiar with the process but I know there may be a different etiquette over here.Johnnywellens (talk) 10:05, 21 April 2014 (EDT)
Stop!
The images you've uploaded and are placing on the "Character (SSBB)" articles are of inferior quality to the images that were there before. Could you stop making these edits? I'm in the process of undoing them as we speak. blue ninjakoopa 18:16, 22 April 2014 (EDT)
- Are they? I was updating them to the clear background types but I'll leave them alone. JohnnyWellens 18:33, 22 April 2014 (EDT)
- Besides the worse quality, we use official images as they are, they are not to be edited. Omega Tyrant 18:36, 22 April 2014 (EDT)
- Not to be too argumentative but the quality of the pictures are the same as the official ones because they are the official ones with the background removed. Again I won't change them but I don't buy the argument that they're of worse quality save for perhaps ones I . If you prefer the official ones I can get behind that though. And upon further review I can see that resizing has affected some of the pictures. An issue that could have easily been remedied though I'll drop it now. JohnnyWellens 18:59, 22 April 2014 (EDT)
