The Wii Fit Trainer, known in her games as Female Trainer, is a character from the Wii games Wii Fit, Wii Fit Plus, and Wii Fit U. In the games, she instructs the player during fitness exercises by posing in a way that the player then has to mimick, and telling them what to do. The Wii Fit Trainer appears as a playable character in Super Smash Bros. 4.
A Male Wii Fit Trainer has been confirmed to appear in Super Smash Bros. 4 on October 31st and was confirmed as an alternate version of the Female Trainer in the Super Smash Bros. Direct presentation.
In Super Smash Bros. 4
As a Playable Fighter
The female Wii Fit Trainer was confirmed to be playable in Super Smash Bros. 4 on the 11th of June, 2013, at the E3 2013, shortly after the trailer was shown.
The male Wii Fit Trainer was confirmed to appear on the game on the 31st of October, 2013, the day the trial version of Wii Fit U was released and was later confirmed as an alternate costume in the Smash Bros. Direct.

Trivia
- Ganondorf, Sheik, and Wii Fit Trainers are the only playable characters in the Super Smash Bros. series that do not have a playable appearance in any other video game.
- This makes them the only non-Zelda character not to be playable in any other game other than Super Smash Bros.
- Super Smash Bros. for 3DS marks the Wii Fit Trainers' first appearance on a handheld console.
