The Wii Fit Trainer, known in her games as Female Trainer, is a character from the Wii games Wii Fit, Wii Fit Plus, and the upcoming Wii Fit U. In the games, she instructs the player during fitness exercises by posing in a way that the player then has to mimick, and telling them what to do. The Wii Fit Trainer appears as a playable character in Super Smash Bros. 4.

• The Wii Fit Trainer is the most recently-debuted character to be playable in the Super Smash Bros. series.
• Ganondorf, Sheik, and Wii Fit Trainer are the only playable characters in the Super Smash Bros. series that do not have a playable appearance in any other video game.
  • This makes her the only non-Zelda character to not be playable in any other game other than Super Smash Bros.
• Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS will be the first time that Wii Fit Trainer appears on a handheld console.
