Talk:F.L.U.D.D.
I've noticed on a match by gamepro editors(here is link http://www.gamepro.com/nintendo/wii/games/previews/139928.shtml) that a F.L.U.D.D. case is an item that appears in the demo. You probably have to jump on it to open it like the original F.L.U.D.D. cases in Super Mario Sunshine, but it can be thrown like a crate b/c of it's heavy shape.
No, that's an exploding box. The Inker 20:37, February 15, 2008 (EST)
Since this move does no damage, it also doesn't grant an enemy a third jump again while edgeguarding, right?? If so, it should be mentioned in the article. --62.158.64.233 15:16, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
Why didn't Sakurai change Mario's Up Special to the Rocket Boost to make it similar to Diddy's Kong's Up Special? Zmario (talk) 23:53, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
Priority?
Does it have priority over fire type moves? It would be interesting to note, and can make for a funny image with you putting out Luigi. Learner4 (talk) 03:29, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
THIS MOVE IS LIKE WATER GUN. IT IS WATER THAT PUSHES BUT DOESN'T DAMAGE. IT THE SAME PROPERTIES IN IVYSAUR AND CHARACZARD. AND IT IS SPECIAL. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sbe (talk • contribs)
- First of all: Caps Lock is bad. Don't use it. It's rude.
- Secondly: Sign your talk page comments with ~~~~.
- 3: What is the purpose of your comment? It already says in the article that F.L.U.D.D. pushes for no damage. As for your third and fourth sentences, they make no grammatical sense and therefore mean nothing. Toomai Glittershine eXemplary Logic 20:10, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
I just wanted to get it out that it was like Water Gun. "AND IT IS SPECIAL" means that they're both special moves. Can I sign it with ~~~ instead, because the timestamp is messy? Sbe (talk)
- There's no rules against using ~~~, but ~~~~ is pretty much the standard, regardless of the "messy" timestamp. Toomai Glittershine eXemplary Logic 20:25, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
F.L.U.D.D. Techniques
Where are the gimping techniques for fludd such as propelling an enemy off the edge when he/she is using his/her up special or breaking an enemy's shield and propelling them over the edge while they are in a shield jump? Are they not considered techniques foe their simplicity? 96.251.166.202 00:07, 7 August 2013 (EDT)
- That shield break thing would pretty much never happen; shield breaks as is are rare (especially if you don't got an attack that deals significant shield damage), and when it does happen, you'll need to have FLUDD preemptively charged, be near the edge of the stage, and you got a very small window to push them off during the shield jump (and your shield breaking attack will have to have very low lag for you to have the time to get them during the shield jump).
