Idle Poses or Idle Animation is a pose which the character will do something if the character doesn't move, attack, or get attacked. Idle poses can sometimes be a taunt too, like Sonic's idle pose, where he put one of his hand on his waist and look at the camera with a waiting pose, Ness's idle pose which is almost exactly the same with Lucas' Down Taunt.
