Wobble

The Wobble is an infinite, performed by the Ice Climbers. It was made famous when Wobbles the Phoenix of whom the tactic is named after, used it to place him within the top 10 in his debut major tournament NCT2.

How to Do It

The infinite is achieved by grabbing with Popo when Nana is nearby. The player will then proceed to jab with Popo and then due to the nature of desynching f-tilt with Nana. This will result in the grabbed characters "grab time" being reset, therefore causing them to be hit endlessly.

Controversy

Although nothing much was said about the tactic at first, after Wobbles placed 1st using the tactic at Evo south, players argued over whether or not it should be banned. Some tournaments such as 0c3 and Pound 2 have banned the tactic. Most players have mostly agreed that the tactic will be banned, even Wobbles himself.
