UltimateRazer (also known as GrimTurtle) is a renowned smasher from Texas.

In Brawl, he was considered to be one of the best Snake players in the world, usually considered the second best after Ally throughout most of Brawl's competitive life, with multiple top 8 finishes at majors (most notably at Apex 2012). He had several top level wins, such as Mew2King, ADHD, and Rich Brown, under his belt. He was additionally ranked 31st on the 2014 SSBBRank despite his lack of activity after Apex 2013, the final global ranking for Brawl before the release of Smash 4.

In Smash 4, while he was no longer close to being a top player, he was still a very strong player in Texas, initially co-maining Fox and Captain Falcon, while eventually picking up Bayonetta and dropping Fox. He obtained wins against players such as Mew2King, DKwill, MegaFox, MVD, and Fatality. He was formerly ranked 3rd on the Houston Smash 4 Power Rankings in the 2017 Quarter 2 iteration, as well as formerly ranked 3rd on the 2017 Quarter 1 Texas Smash 4 Power Rankings.

In Ultimate, UltimateRazer is back to being a solo Snake main, and while his tournament activity has been more sparse, he still remains a high level player. He was formerly ranked 11th on the 2019 Quarter 3 Texas Ultimate Power Rankings, and 3rd on the 2019 Quarter 2 Houston Ultimate Power Rankings, with wins over Elegant, Ismon, Grayson, C.Falcon, Deluxemenu, Denti, and Bonren.

Trivia

  • In Brawl, UltimateRazer used the Wii remote and Nunchuk as his controller, being one of the very few high level players to do so.
  • At the LSC Championships in 2011, UltimateRazer challenged Dabuz to a $100 money match in Brawl, which was a notoriously high money match amount at the time. He would end up losing the money match however.
