How about having a "Discontinued Tournament Series" category since Category:Discontinued Power Rankings and Category:Discontinued crews exist? Some tournament series like Umebura is obviously discontinued for a very long time. The category can be removed once the tournament series is properly being hosted again. I have another random thought in regard to tourney series that are still being hosted. What if we put Template:Current on them like they are ongoing events? Or would that be too overboard/unnecessary? Actually I noticed that Start.gg Launch League has the template, but thats because it is a circuit that has an end date. So maybe that idea should be scrapped since a lot of tournament series will end up being "ongoing". Grand Dad.png NPM Morr!? NaughtyPigBoi.jpg 07:20, June 6, 2022 (EDT)

The idea for Discontinued Tournaments is pretty good. Honestly, there are Tournaments like MSM that to this day, people believe that those events are still ongoing. With that said, the idea for another category for current events it's quite farfetched, as it already explains that one category is for discontinued Tournaments. At least this is my take on this. Actually there is already a Category:Current events and I didn't mean to have another current events category lol, but you are right. If there's a discontinued tournament series category we don't really need to put a current template on ongoing tournament series. Grand Dad.png NPM Morr!? NaughtyPigBoi.jpg 22:06, June 15, 2022 (EDT)

Support, feels like a common sense thing; would have helped during the COVID-19 pandemic now that I think about it. --PlagueSigImage.pngPlague von KarmaPlagueSigImage.png 23:21, April 18, 2023 (EDT)
