The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

Universe | Xenoblade Chronicles |
Blazing End (ブレイズエンド, Blaze End) is Pyra's side special move in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Overview
When used, Pyra throws the Aegis Sword forward like a boomerang. The sword then spins in a vertical circular motion, hitting multiple times, before returning back to Pyra. Tapping the control stick increases the range of the attack.
However, Pyra is unable to attack while her sword is out, which includes using Prominence Revolt should she fall offstage while using this move, making it risky to do so, but she can still jump, shield, roll and dodge. The sword acts as a projectile and thus can be reflected and pocketed when thrown. If the sword is pocketed, another Aegis Sword will appear in Pyra's hand to maintain her moveset; the pocketed Aegis Sword can be used for one use of Blazing End before disappearing.

Origin
Blazing End is Pyra's Level 3 Special in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. In the original game, the move had an additional swing from Pyra and stab in the air before transitioning into the spinning, both of which are absent in Smash.
