Lugia

Lugia is a Pokémon that appears out of a Poké Ball.

• Attack: Lugia uses Hyper Beam as it's attack. Lugia will remain on the screen for a few seconds. Lugia will then fly off the screen and fly to the background of the stage (like Ho-oh). Lugia will release it's Hyper Beam that will travel around the stage.
• Any character that makes contact with the beam will take heavy damage and may die at low percentages.
• Any character that makes contact with Lugia while it's remaining on the stage will take damage. (Similar to Moltres).
• Lugia is a legendary Pokémon so it's appearance is rare.
• Lugia's attack does not harm the summoner.
