Raikou is a Pokémon that comes out of a Poké Ball.
- Attack: Raikou uses Thunder as it's attack. A current of electricity will form around Raikou.
- Any character that makes contact with the current of electricity will take damage.
- Raikou is a legendary Pokémon so it's appearance is rare.
- The summoner is not harmed by Raikou's attack.
