King Dedede page changes

Hello Aliks-Odev I recently saw all the changes to Dedede's Smash Ultimate page. I see that you have deleted the statement about Dedede's back throw. I was the one who added that a long time ago when Smash Ultimate was in it's early stages.(But already released to the public) When I put that in, I added evidence to my summery to prove it. The game scripts for Smash 4 and Ultimate show the move as having the exact same damage, angle, and knockback values in both games, so to begin with the claim about it having more knockback is false. As for the clips, there are critical inconsistencies with them. The specific DI done by the opponent in both clips is not known (CPUs do DI randomly, regardless of level), and there's no clear-cut proof that they were done on the exact same spot; the game uses miniscule units of distance, so even if it looks like their positioning was identical, there may be some variation in distance causing the move to KO sooner or later. In general, since specific KO percents are extremely volatile, it is more accurate to only list explicit changes in knockback and angles taken from the game's code itself. 034.png DracoRex, Creator of the Land 02:27, June 10, 2019 (EDT)

Alright, I checked it out myself and your right. I really thought it killed much earlier. While I was testing in smash 4 I wasn't able to kill luigi with back throw at the edge of battlefield during another test. Yet I was able to kill earlier in Smash Ultimate! I didn't record this one but I tested this separately with both Luigis with no DI. I used another controller to make sure no DI was applied for both tests. Yet somehow Luigi died 20% earlier in Ultimate then in Smash 4. That was what really boosted my confidence. (NO RAGE) But the calculator seemed to prove me wrong so theres that. But I still don't understand why he died earlier even if the knockback scaling and base knockback is the same. --98.151.46.222 02:46, June 10, 2019 (EDT)
