Lord English is an American Jigglypuff main from Madison, Wisconsin. He has wins over DannyPhantom, ORLY, Azzu, Fluid, Fizz, Jeff Wa and Skerzo. Lord English is known for being a gatekeeper throughout the state of Wisconsin, rarely dropping sets to those ranked below him, although he has low out of state attendance.
