Jump canceling can be done in different ways-


Jump canceled grab is running, jumping, then grabbing before you leave the ground. The uses for this is when you want to avoid the lag of a running grab which you should want to unless its a definite hit.

Jump canceling is when you would jump out of a shine(used in Pillaring) and used for jumping out a dash.

Jump canceling is also jumping out of a sheild.
