Epita Smash Arena 2 was a European national tournament held by SSBUP and Cycom during February 23rd-24th in Villejuif, France. It is the fourth-largest European Melee tournament of all time, behind B.E.A.S.T 6, B.E.A.S.T 5's 375 entrants and Heir II the Throne's 369 entrants, and held the record for being the largest European Melee tournament for nearly seven years before being surpassed by B.E.A.S.T 5; it is still, however, the largest French tournament.
