- At DrømmeLAN 4.5, Armada, Leffen, and Fuzzyness take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in Melee singles, respectively, and Armada and Android win Melee doubles. Leffen wins Super Smash Bros. for Wii U singles, Afro & Gardex win Super Smash Bros. for Wii U doubles, and Leffen wins Project M All Star singles.

- Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U are updated to version 1.0.7, which patches several bugs such as Mewtwo-related Global Smash Power data being flagged as cheating and an exploit involving Mewtwo and custom moves.

- At MVG Sandstorm, Armada, Westballz, and Axe respectively take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in Melee singles, ZeRo, Nairo, and Mew2King respectively take 1st, 2nd and 3rd in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U singles, and Hungrybox, Westballz, and Axe respectively take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in Project M singles. MacD & Leffen, Mew2King & ZeRo, and Mew2King & Armada win Melee, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, and Project M doubles, respectively.

- Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U are updated to version 1.0.6, adding DLC functionality as well as the Share feature for the Wii U version. The update also adjusts character balancing. Mewtwo is made available to those who received the Club Nintendo promotional codes. The first wave of Mii Fighter costume DLC is released for purchase.
