Chandy is a Donkey Kong main from Austin, Texas. Although he has more notable placings in PM (and was considered among the best DK mains in the country in 3.02), he is primarily a Melee player and is considered to be the best Melee DK main in Texas.
Chandy is also credited with discovering the Banzai Punch, an offensive technique that uses the intangible frames of DK's Giant Punch to absorb the explosion of Link or Young Link's bombs while also dealing explosive damage to the target. This technique is incredibly situational and has seen virtually no use in competitive play.
