Greninja is a fictional creature from the Pokémon universe.
Character Description
Greninja is depicted as a fast, ninja-like dual-type Water/Dark Pokémon in the Pokémon games. This trend is continued in the Super Smash Bros. series, where it can be seen using ninja-like techniques such as Water Shuriken and Substitutes.

Greninja has been confirmed as a playable character in SSB4, in the Super Smash Bros Direct on April 8, 2014.
Trivia
- Greninja's Artwork in Super Smash Bros. 4 is similar to its official artwork in Pokémon X and Y with a few minor differences; its stance is a little more tilted to the right, its left foot is in front, and its right foot is in the back in its Smash 4 artwork.
