Your ideas are good but here are a few extra ideas: 1. Bair remains the same so there is less clones. 2. Down-B should be Discharge and act like Wario Waft. 3. B-throw should be Pikachu's from Smash 64 4. F-throw should be Pikachu's from Smash 64. 5. Pikachu should have a nerfed thunderbolt that acts like Pichu's but has thundercloud sweetspot.
