Wario Bite

One more Did you know? thing. Did you know Wario breathes garlic to attack while the victim is in his mouth? —Preceding unsigned comment added by ShupaRoeh (talkcontribs) 22:28, 17 May 2012 (EDT)

There is zero proof of this in any way, shape, or form aside from a passing reference in Snake's codec conversation that can just as easily be interpreted as a non-gameplay element. Toomai Glittershine ??? The Honcho 23:05, 17 May 2012 (EDT)
What do you mean as a non-gameplay element? ShupaRoeh 12:43, 18 May 2012 (EDT)
That there is no visible proof of Wario breathing garlic during his bite attack.--PSIWolf sig 1.png PSIWolf (TCE) 12:45, 18 May 2012 (EDT)
I would prove it, but a tool no longer works. ShupaRoeh 12:48, 18 May 2012 (EDT)

Replace a non-smash fact?

Can we replace the Kid Icarus Uprising DYK fact? It's not from super smash bros games. ShupaRoehTypicalGuy.png 22:31, 23 May 2012 (EDT)

It's a shout out to a series made by Sakurai. How is it not relevant? MegaTron1XD:p 23:18, 23 May 2012 (EDT)
It's not in a Super Smash Bros. game. —Preceding unsigned comment added by ShupaRoeh (talkcontribs) 15:14, 24 May 2012‎

This template is for "fun facts" about the Super Smash Bros. series. Pit's reference would definitely fit the criterion for what makes a "fun fact" about the series, even if it was made in another game. Also, remember to sign your comments. Being near a Spaak while it's attacking can result in a meteor smash

Can someone verify this? If it's true, then it should also be added to meteor smash. Mousehunter321 (talk · contributions) 16:43, 24 May 2012 (EDT)

Final Cutter

Did you know Kirby sword disappears when Kirby lands? I finally got proof. ShupaRoehTypicalGuy.png 23:59, 15 June 2012 (EDT)

The file's name is File:FinalCutterNoSword.png. Search for it. You'll see what I mean. ShupaRoehTypicalGuy.png 01:14, 16 June 2012 (EDT)

Great Aether

Did you know...that Ike's Final Smash is a combination of Sword, Fire, Foot, and Explosion? You got PWN'D by Link that guy in the tunic 15:59, 10 July 2012 (EDT)

That's somehow known easily. ShupaRoehTypicalGuy.png 17:07, 10 July 2012 (EDT)

Not true. There are no Explosive or even Flame hitboxes in the move. Hmm...that's actually an interesting fact in itself. Toomai Glittershine ??? Da Bomb 17:59, 10 July 2012 (EDT)

KO sound in Melee

At least in Melee, the KO sound (the chainsawish sound) actually makes use of stereo sound. If you're KOd on the right side, the chainsaw sound will play from right to left, and on the left side, from left to right. Most people don't know this because they normally play with music, and on their TV screens, without headphones. There's only one problem, I'm not sure if it's right->left on the right side and left->right on the left side, or if I'm hearing it wrong. I saw a video in which I could listen to it in detail, and the KO side was the first side the sound played on. But after trying in Dolphin, it was the exact opposite (so, being KO'd on the right side, for instance, would play on the left first, then right). I tried it on an actual console, but I don't think my TV likes headphones, so I couldn't hear it in stereo at all. Come to think of it, I think this is even the only time the game makes use of stereo sound. Can anyone expand on this and add it as a fact, if it's worthy? — {EspyoT} 15:13, 2 September 2012 (EDT)
