The Eggdog Invitational is an upcoming Super Smash Bros. Melee invitational held in Vancouver, British Columbia from August 29th-September 1st, 2024.
Players invited/qualified

The highest-placing non-qualified player at Ghost Town 2 - Call of the Lloyd qualified:
The four highest-placing non-qualified players at Galint Melee Open 2024 will be invited to face off against the four lowest-placing players at the Eggdog Invitational for a chance to take the latter's spot in the final bracket.

Eligible players
Players were eligible if they met the following requirements:
- Placed top 64 at GENESIS X
- Placed top 32 at Collision 2024, Get On My Level X, or Tipped Off 15: Connected
- Placed top 24 at Battle of BC 6 or Pat's House 4
- Placed top 8 at Eggdog Scramble 2, Valhalla IV, Altitude Sickness, Full Bloom 2024, COMBO BREAKER 2024, or Smash Camp: New Lands 2024
Declined players
Axe, Beezy, n0ne, and S2J initially advanced to the voting phase, however all four of them dropped out and were replaced with Graves, Khalid, Mvlvchi, and Wevans.
