Scot, formerly SMB, is an Ultimate Luigi main from Connecticut. He is considered to be one of the best Luigi mains in the United States. Scot is currently ranked 4th on the Connecticut Ultimate Power Rankings and was formerly ranked 9th on the New England Ultimate Power Rankings and 10th on the Massachusetts Ultimate Power Rankings.
