Team:Prodigies of Premium Smash

PPS, or Prodigies of Premium Smash, is the hailed second best SSB crew, per results stemming from online play.

Members

Leaders/Founders

• SuperBoomFan: Best Canadian SSB64 player; uses Falcon,Fox, and Mario. He is feared for his 0-to-death combos. He dislikes the lag of project 64k so he recently switched Mupen 64k or P2P on either.
• Eric Cartman: One of the best Smash64 players; uses Mario but is good with everyone else. Prefers Mupen 64k but plays either.

Current members

• KoRoBeNiKi: : Yoshi, Falcon, most likely Samus/Pikachu after. He can use everyone besides DK and Lugii. A really good team player overall and a frequent visitor to Kailera. After 10 pm, he is almost always on. He wonders why he isn't an admin. The only non-shorthopper in PPS; a keyboard pro and DJC spammer.
• Fireblaster: Mario, Fox, Pikachu, Yoshi, most likely second best player, tester
• MattNF Uses every character; mains are Falcon, Jigglypuff, Kirby.
• SuperThalliumFan: Ness, uses anyone.
• Darth Fox *sparkle*: Fox, Link, good with almost every character
• Beast. A samus user. Quite...Beastly
• Near. Puts PUFF in Jigglypuff. Mains Jigglypuff but can use everyone. Known for his beastly (gamecube) DI.
• Blink. Uses LinkFox and Falconhe is new to pps

Old members

• Tnga: Uses Falcon and Pikachu; flames a lot on the Smash World Forums.
• Denken: Uses Ness and Jigglypuff. He is in Unit X but is also basiclaly a member of PPS also.
• Duff McWhalen (Duff): Fox
• Surri-Sama: Uses Pikachu and Captain Falcon. Surri-Sama has recently left Pps due to personal reasons

• Faust: a person who tried to qualify before, still asking, unknown main
• PD: a a bit above average player who wants to join but prefers Melee. (uses melee as an excuse to being rusty)

• Shells: An amateur Kirby player who copied the PPS symbol and pretended to be a member
• Beans: A joke member who KoRoBeNiKi allows to use the PPS tag while Boom isn't watching

Inside Jokes

• "NF": A joke between Rich, MattNF and KoRo. stands for a forums MattNF uses and a team combination of Rich and MattNF.
• "Matts!NF": A joke between Matts!, MattNF, KoRo, and others. Stands for a kirby team of MattNF and Matts. Owned and Pwned at 2 of the many sayings of them.
• "Come to Cananda": A joke on Smashboards started by Boom. Many of the members of PPS are from Canada so they say come to canada whenever a tournament page is uploaded on Smashboards or someone asks to play them.

Rules/qualifications

People used to get into PPS by being friends with others (such as KoRo knowing MattNF) or by proving that they were good to Boomfan and Fire. It used to be a lot more lenient.

Now, you need to ask one of the members to become a member of PPS. For almost all circumstances, you need to be recommended by the majority of the people. Most commonly, to get into PPS, you need to be reccomended by MattNF, KoRoBeNiKi, and Fire or Boomfan. Getting a reccomendation by Boomfan normally means you will automatically become a member.

Other things:

• "Almost all of us use AIM. Most of us use MSN."
• "Don't try to apply if you only use character (if one char is your main but you use others also then its fine). This especially is apparent for Kirby Mains."
• "Don't copy our logo, that is the only time we flame"
• "Don't flame people if you are a member, besides the 1 above"
• "If you don't lag too much, then there are better chances"
• "Many members of PPS also play on p2p or only play on p2p (see SuperBoomFan)"
