"Sleepytime" refers to an easter egg in event 39 discovered by MattDotZeb[1].
You are automatically Jigglypuff. The event name is "Jigglypuff live!" and the description is "Jigglypuff takes center stage!" The meanings of which become obvious after you do the easter egg.
When you are on CENTER STAGE (the big screen zoomed in on you), do a b-up. Everyhing on the ground falls asleep.
