The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters.
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Cross Chop (クロスチョップ, Cross Chop) is Incineroar's up special move in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

Overview

Incineroar roars before leaping into the air, coming back down at an angle with its arms crossed and covered in fire. The move appears to keep going until it hits the ground, making self-destructs likely near edges. However, it is pretty strong, and doesn't leave Incineroar helpless. It can also be reversed, and prevent certain self-destructs.

Origin

Cross Chop in Pokemon Sun and Moon.

Cross Chop is a Fighting-type move introduced in Pokémon Gold and Silver. It has 100 base power, and has a higher chance of dealing a critical hit but with a low accuracy rate. Incineroar naturally learns this move at level 66.

Trivia

  • Incineroar's leap has the same sound effect as a Spring.
  • Similar to Revenge, Cross Chop deals flame damage in Ultimate, despite being a Fighting-type move.
