Wolf Flash is Wolf's Side Special Move[1]. It appears to work the same way as Fox's or Falco's Side Special Move. However, the attack goes a farther distance, and sends Wolf upward around 35 degrees. Wolf quickly dashes at the opponent leaving a trail of purple mist behind him. The attack appears to be weaker than Fox Illusion or Falco Phantasm, doing only minor damage (normally 3%). However, when there's an enemy to the spot where Wolf reappears, the attack is electrified, and deals considerable damage while stunning the enemy, as well as spiking or causing knockback (10% if hit at the end, 15% if Wolf ends in the character model of his foe).
Wolf Flash has two cancel frames. This removes the sweetspot of the attack but greatly increases the horizontal reach of the move for recovery.
Wolf uses a move reminiscent of this in Starfox: Assault's multiplayer mode as his "roll".
Wolf Ledge Tricks
Wolf's Side B has an odd property that allows him to pass through stage-edges, allowing him to appear on the stage with little lag. There are also some other properties. The ledge tricks are absent in the PAL version.
