Spoiler! Toon Link is unlocked in Super Smash Bros. Brawl by beating the Subspace Emissary and then being Link in Classic Mode. Then you must fight him on his Pirate Ship. After you beat him he is unlock and so is his Pirate Ship (stage). Then Toon Link is place in a line with Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf!
