Masamune is a Marth player from Eidsvoll, Norway. He's known as the best player of Norway, and is also known for his unique playing style, based on mindgames. Also Masamune is known for his high IQ and math knowledge, and has received 12th place two years in a row on the Norwegian math championship for students, "The Abel Test". His team mate is Kriz, and together they have placed very good at Norwegian and Swedish tournaments.

Their team is known as "HaxDiz".

In addition of being the best smasher of Norway, he got 5th place in the last European tournament, RoS3, and also 5th on RoS4, where he managed to beat Ek 3-0.

Masamune got second place in the European Tournament "Smashers' Reunion 2", where he did beat Helios . They met two times in the bracket, and Masamune won both of the sets.
