The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters.
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted.

Freedom From Tiers' Hyper (formerly named RiskN) is an Oregonian smasher, considered one of the best in the state. Debuting as a top Sonic player in Brawl, he has made his way into various other Smash titles, notably Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, where he is once again a top smasher in his state, along with fellow FFT members Drugged Villager and Delta. Creator of the Freedom From Tiers' crew, he holds the unpopular opinion that tiers do not dictate a character's viability. This is often reflected in his choices of mains, perhaps most notably his breakout character, Sonic. He has a Youtube channel known as "Turnabout Gaming", which is actually his second channel, after complications led to the deletion of the first Turnabout Gaming. The Oregon local tournament series, Oregon's Finest, is owned by Hyper.

Debuting as a top Sonic player in Brawl, he has made his way into various other Smash titles, notably Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, where he is once again a top smasher in his state. Creator of the Freedom From Tiers' crew, he recently dissolved the group due to indifference to each other’s desires, and has recently been signed on by Big Blues, a former rival crew. FFT is now a doubles team in Project M, though he still wears the “FFT tag” for fun.

Hyper’s debut game was Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but has since then spread to every other Smash game competitively, though is still best at Brawl and Sm4sh. Starting off as a solo Sonic main in brawl, he later switched to Falco after failing to place decently with the character, keeping him as a secondary/Counterpick. He once again solo mained Sonic in Sm4sh’s early phase, but soon ran into many issues with the character, and ultimately was sent into a time period where he desperately picked various pockets to handle MUs his Sonic couldn’t handle, before settling with a switch to Zero Suit Samus, keeping Sonic and Lucina as secondaries/counterpicks. In Melee, he is a starting Falco/Marth, and mains Fox/Falcon in Smash 64, with a Link as a “for fun” character.
Despite being the founder and overall leader of Freedom From Tiers, contradictory to his team's name, in every Smash game, Hyper has at least one top/high tier character in his roster; in Smash 64, his sole main is Fox, an A tier character. In Melee, one of his mains are Falco and Fox, S tier characters, and in Brawl, he uses both Falco and Meta Knight, A tier and S tier characters, respectively. While there is no tier list for Super Smash Bros. Wii U, Sonic and Shiek are considered high tier/top tier respectively. These mains have led some of his team members to question the legitimacy of his presence as a "true" FFT member, let alone team leader. However, he later defended his position by justifying his usage of other, mid-low tiered characters in most of his main games; for instance, despite using Falco as one of his three mains, Sonic is still his most used, and by far his best. And even then, one could argue that despite Sonic being considered high tier, he uses him (along with lower tiered characters such as Lucina and Falco) against the top tiers frequently instead of fully switching to a top character.
He is currently ranked #1 on the Big Blues Super Smash Bros. for Wii U rankings, and 25th on the Google + Competitive Smash Bros. Community’s global rankings. He is currently set to participate in the 32-man community tournament, looking to add his first major top 8 placement to his resume.

Humorously, Hyper nicknames his Smash 4 mains.
