Is there a specific reason that the artwork for X is from Project X Zone and not from one of his main games? I'm asking this because Zero's page has his artwork from Mega Man X5, even though he was also in PXZ, not to mention that most other characters' artworks are from the games they hail from as well. [[User:ThirdPlayer|Third]][[User talk:ThirdPlayer|Player]] 22:46, 22 November 2015 (EST)

Move[edit]

Support. X seems more closely associated with the universe (and, to a lesser degree, button). Nyargleblargle (Talk) 18:20, 26 April 2015 (EDT)

Strong Support. When referring to Mega Max X, people usually refer to him as just that. Not as X. X is significantly more associated with the button and this should be the buttons page if anything. MarioIsTheBest (talk) 16:55, 30 April 2015 (EDT)

Species[edit]

being a wealth of Mega Man knowledge,X should be called a Reploid or an Android, because that's the proper term. you wouldn't call Shulk or Isaac a human, because they're not classified as such in their games. Dreamcastboy99filmz (talk) 15:13, 27 April 2015 (EDT)

X deserves a page[edit]

If Dunban can have his own page, why can't X? They both have trophies, are part of a Final Smash, and are inspirations for Mii Fighter costumes.

X deserves a page; the issue in question is the title, not the existence of the article. Miles (talk) 17:03, 30 April 2015 (EDT)

Make it a disambig[edit]

There's too many completely different Xs for us to pick any one to own the page. Toomai Glittershine ??? The Brass 18:36, 30 April 2015 (EDT)

I do personally think StarCraft (the personal name I give to X) should deserve his own page but I do agree with a title change. Maybe StarCraft Mega Man X or said X (Mega Man) could do. Dots (talk) Mega Man X SNES sprite.png The Ocarina of Time 10:23, 6 May 2015 (EDT)

I feel like "X (Mega Man)" would be the best alternative title, since the NA version of SSB4 refers to him as "X" rather consistently. Miles (talk) 12:54, 6 May 2015 (EDT)
I know that the common nickname for him is "X" but I feel like the full title, "Mega Man X", should be how he is properly named. Being someone knowledgeable about the Mega Man franchise, X is also a Mega Man, and X could also mean a bunch of other things. Dots (talk) Mega Man X SNES sprite.png The Ness 13:56, 6 May 2015 (EDT)
It's less about it being a common nickname and more about it being how Smash refers to him, both in his trophy and his costume. Miles (talk) 14:09, 6 May 2015 (EDT)

Now that I think about it, maybe X (Mega Man) with do for now. Dots (talk) Mega Man X SNES sprite.png The Snow as White 23:43, 2 July 2015 (EDT)
