Notability is a quality defined for the purposes of this Wiki as any article about a smasher or crew that has a significant presence in competitive Smash Bros. This is the exclusive standard and definition for whether a crew or smasher is notable. Some things that qualify a smasher or crew as notable:
- Has participated in or organized an offline tournament that is run by standard tournament rules or a reasonably similar variant, and has some level of regional or national recognition.
- Has contributed high-level content to, or administrates at, recognized websites pertaining to Smash Bros. other than this wiki.
- Can prove legitimate regional or national fame otherwise not covered by these guidelines.
