Unlike the past installments, I believe that nearly every character in the roster is viable. Even the D tier characters can be used (to a small extent). However, there are still some characters that I would never recommend using in any match. Since this is a tier list, I can guarantee that people will have different opinions, so please be respectful!

I feel that you're underestimating Jigglypuff (who does still have a useful air game) and Palutena (awful specials notwithstanding) and overestimating Mii Gunner (definitely not B tier after a few buffs when they were generally regarded to be bottom 5 pre-EVO.)
