:Yes that is a called a z drop. Any of the Links can Z drop a bomb and if they do it close enough to the ground, the bomb will not detonate. In fact if you're not a Link and you catch a bomb thrown at you, you can just z drop it as well. Out of Date
I tagged the "Link's Bombs Damage Percent" section as out of date, as it had no damage data from Smash 4. If I need to revert this please tell me.
