takuro~ is a strong Smash 64 player from Western Japan, considered the best Jigglypuff in Japan as of 2015. Notable wins include vs. Prince at Kanto 2011 and "Spring 2011" (online.) He also took a game vs. Kikoushi in the same finals at Kanto 2011. He teamed with the more well known Jousuke and Ruoka Dancho in a "Fall 2011" online event.
