Umebura 8 was Japan's first Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS national tournament, held by Ayuha in Tokyo, Japan, during September 23rd, 2014. The event was played using a 2-stock ruleset, and featured a single elimination bracket. The livestream for the event was provided by SHI-Gaming.
Nietono, using Greninja, won the tournament by defeating Aile and Abadango. A set to determine the third placer was played, with Aile defeating RAIN to win said set.
